At Aspire Cycling, we believe that great rides are made even better by great people! We're always looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and knowledgeable cyclists to join our guiding team. Whether you're an experienced ride leader, a cycling coach, or simply passionate about showcasing Cyprus to visiting cyclists, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Aspire Cycling Guide, you'll help guests explore some of the island's most beautiful roads while sharing local insights, culture, and hidden gems that make Cyprus such a special destination.

We're interested in individuals who:

• Have excellent road cycling experience.
• Know the local cycling routes and road network.
• Enjoy meeting and supporting cyclists from around the world.
• Communicate confidently in English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Prioritise safety, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Can lead rides at a variety of paces and abilities.
